The Cascadia PTA is looking to fill the garden coordinator position for the calendar year 2019. The Garden coordinator provides curriculum support by organizing volunteers and ordering supplies to maintain the garden space, and is the liaison to the PTA Board for the 3rd grade Garden Educator.
The ideal volunteer for this position would be a parent of a current 2nd, 3rd, or 4th grade parent who is interested in project management. While it helps to have a passion for nature and outdoor learning, it’s not necessary to be an expert on gardening.
